Kevin has spent the last 30+ years in marketing, program management, leadership, organizational development, courseware development and teaching experience in both public and private sectors spanning from heavy equipment to high tech.

He is a currently a senior partner at Magna Leadership Solutions, which provides business workshops, facilitation, assessments and Positive Intelligence executive coaching services worldwide.

Kevin is the co-author of two books including The Leader of Oz, which uses the timeless classic to as basis for his book.
